Innovative Roofing's craftsmanship (workmanship) warranty is our promise about how we installed your system — not a manufacturer product warranty and not storm insurance. On retail Good / Better / Best packages, we stand behind our installation for the years on your package. Your written proposal and closeout packet control the exact terms.
What we cover
Covered by Innovative Roofing
- ✓ Leaks or failures tied to how we installed the roof (flashing, fastening, underlayment, penetrations, valleys, drip edge) within the warranty period
- ✓ Correction of our installation mistakes that keep the system from performing as scoped
- ✓ Re-work of craftsmanship issues we caused — labor to make the install right under your package terms
- ✓ Workmanship on related scope we installed (for example gutters included in Best) for the craftsmanship term on that written scope
What we don't cover
Outside our craftsmanship warranty
- • Storm, hail, wind, fire, flood, or other acts of God (insurance / claim path)
- • Manufacturer product defects, shingle manufacturing issues, or material limits — those sit on the manufacturer warranty
- • Normal weathering, color fade, algae / staining, or cosmetic aging
- • Damage from clogged gutters, ice dams from poor attic ventilation you control, foot traffic, or work by others after we left
- • Structural problems in the home, decking rot we did not create or were not hired to correct beyond the written scope
- • Lack of reasonable homeowner maintenance, abuse, or alterations to the roof after install

- Craftsmanship = our install labor and workmanship for the years on your Good / Better / Best (or repair) package.
- Manufacturer = the product brand's material warranty (terms vary by line; registration may be required).
- Insurance = storm or other sudden damage — a different path from warranty service.
