Free estimates
- Is the inspection really free?
- Yes. The inspection and written estimate are free, with no obligation. You don't have to buy anything during our visit, and your price is good for 30 days.
- Is the virtual consultation really free?
- Yes. It’s free, with no obligation and no pressure to decide during the call.
- Can you give me a final price without seeing my home?
- Not always. A virtual consultation helps us understand your needs and outline options. For most projects we confirm the details with an in-person inspection before a final proposal.
- Can a repair work instead of a full replacement?
- Sometimes, yes. If the damage is limited and the rest of the roof still has life left, a repair can keep your home dry for now. We'll tell you honestly which makes more sense.
Financing
- Do you offer financing?
- Yes. $0 down, 1 year no payments, no interest, for qualified homeowners (subject to credit approval). Our team can review current plans with you.
- Is financing available for a new roof?
- Yes. For qualified homeowners, financing is available through GreenSky with 1 year no payments, no interest — subject to credit approval. Ask about it at your free inspection.
- I need a new roof but can't afford it. What are my options?
- Start with a free inspection so you know what your roof really needs. From there, options can include financing with $0 down, 1 year no payments, no interest for qualified homeowners (subject to credit approval), a Good, Better or Best package that fits your budget, a repair that buys time, or an insurance claim if a storm caused the damage.
Warranties
- What is the difference between craftsmanship and manufacturer warranties?
- Craftsmanship (workmanship) covers how Innovative Roofing installed your system for the years on your Good / Better / Best or repair package. Manufacturer warranties cover the product brand's materials — terms vary by line and may require registration.
- What craftsmanship terms come with Good, Better, and Best?
- Retail asphalt packages: Good 5 years, Better 7 years, Best 10 years. Best includes 5" seamless gutters and downspouts. Exact materials and pricing are confirmed at your free inspection.
- Does storm or hail damage fall under craftsmanship warranty?
- No. Storm, hail, wind, fire, and similar sudden damage are an insurance / claim path — not craftsmanship coverage. Call us and we will help sort craftsmanship vs manufacturer vs claim.
- How do I activate my craftsmanship guarantee?
- Go to /warranty/activate, enter your name, job address, and email. We activate the guarantee, email a filled PDF certificate, and give you a reference number. A review is optional and never required to activate.
Insurance claims
- Is a storm or hail claim inspection free?
- Yes. Estimates for repair or replacement stay free. We photograph findings and walk you through them in plain language before you decide whether to file.
- Will you push me to file an insurance claim?
- No. We explain deductible math and what carriers typically cover before you commit. If repair or a retail replacement is the smarter spend, we say so.
- Do you meet the insurance adjuster?
- When you file, our team can be on-site so scope and pricing stay aligned with the carrier. Clear scope comes before any work begins.
- Will insurance pay for my roof?
- It depends on your policy and what caused the damage. If hail or wind may have damaged your roof, we can inspect it, document what we find with photos, and help you through the claim process. Your insurance company decides what's covered.

- Do you work in Council Bluffs and southwest Iowa?
- Yes. We hold a City of Council Bluffs contractor license, and the same Omaha crews handle Iowa jobs.
