Your in-home consultation, step by step
Step 1: We confirm a time that works for you
After you request an estimate, our team calls you back and offers a phone or in-home consultation. Choose in-home, and we’ll set a day and time that fits your schedule and confirm it with you.
Step 2: We arrive at the time we set together
Your consultant arrives at the time we set together, ready to sit down with you and answer your questions.
Step 3: Questions about your roof and home
We answer questions about your roof and home and listen to what you’ve noticed: leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, or simply a roof that’s getting older.
Step 4: Kitchen-table review with samples
We sit down together with material samples and walk through your digital proposal and EagleView aerial measurements, so you can see the details behind our recommendation.
Step 5: Your options: Good, Better or Best
Good includes a 5-year craftsmanship warranty and 1 yearly roof checkup. Better: 7 years and 2 checkups. Best: 10 years, 3 checkups, plus seamless gutters and downspouts. We’ll also explain the manufacturer’s limited material warranty.
Step 6: Financing and insurance questions
Financing: $0 down, 1 year no payments, no interest through GreenSky for qualified homeowners, subject to credit approval. If storm damage is involved, we’ll tell you honestly whether an insurance claim or a retail quote makes more sense.
Step 7: Next steps, with no pressure
Take your time. Your price is good for 30 days. Before installation, we inspect your roof in person and confirm the project scope with you.

Rather keep it to a phone call?
