1099 or W-2 — based on experience and production
Meet homeowners where they are — on the driveway after a storm, at a free inspection, or when they're ready to upgrade. You guide claim-or-retail options honestly and help families get to a written scope they understand.

Sales Liaison

Keep homeowners, estimators, and production in sync from first conversation through schedule and closeout. You are the professional bridge so nothing falls through the cracks — communication, status, and follow-through.
