Inspection-led preventive maintenance on the roof surface — typically includes:
- On-roof inspection of shingles, ridges, valleys, and penetrations
- Reseal and refasten as scoped for minor gaps and loose fasteners
- Flashings check (chimneys, vents, wall transitions) with touch-ups as scoped
- Minor shingle and fastener fixes when they fit a tune-up scope
- Written findings so you know what we saw and what we did
Honest scope: a tune-up is minor maintenance, not a full repair or replacement. Major damage, storm work, or a roof that needs replace stays separate — we'll say so and estimates for repair/replace remain free.
Gutter tune-up
Separate service — not part of the roof website special
Clean and correct common gutter problems — debris, loose hangers, minor pitch issues — so water leaves the roof edge the way it should. Ask for pricing when you book; gutter tune-ups are scoped separately from the roof tune-up special.
